The Washington Examiner is a Republican, right-wing, publication of the Washington Times which is owned by Rev. Sun yung Moon - of the "Moonies" - which, you may remember, married hundreds of couples in a mass wedding.
Sen. Stutzman's quote is typical of the Republican party's thinking and actions and obstructionism in Washington, DC.
