Amazing.

I love how so-called "conservatives" can justify sending people to prison for long sentences while cutting scholarships, tuition reimbursements and money for K-12 education.

This may be sad, but it is not surprising.
Look at he big business prisons have become in South Dakota.

Wiring project for the schools, governors houses, state parks cabins...these all take jobs from local contractors.

We live in an era of incarceration of rehabilitation and as the recidivism rises and more money is made off of private prisons and people refuse to treat the disease but blindly throw money at one of the small symptoms...

...nothing will change.

We closed to institutions of higher learning to make them just institutions.
